Brenda Lacy Davis was named Senior Vice President, Endemol Shine North America, in October 2019.

Lacy Davis oversees all human resources responsibilities for the company and its subsidiary studios in North America and Latin America.

Prior to joining Endemol Shine North America, Lacy Davis spent over a decade with FOX Networks Group in a variety of human resources roles, including her most recent position as Senior Vice President, for FOX Shared Services, trueX and FOX Technical Solutions.

During her tenure at FOX, Lacy Davis provided strategic counsel to the senior executive staff on a wide variety of HR matters relating to compensation, talent acquisition, performance management, retention/engagement, employee relations, and issues specific to a contingent workforce and to a union population.

Lacy Davis, a licensed attorney, previously served as Vice President, Human Resources at Altra Biofuels and Sí TV and formerly held legal roles at Viacom and Fox Family Channel.

Lacy Davis, a native of California grew up in Pasadena and attended the University of Maryland, College Park where she received her Bachelor’s Degree, Howard University School of Law for her Juris Doctorate and John Marshall Law School for her LLM in Labor and Employment.
