Todd Lichten is the Head of Specials & Strategic Content at Facebook, where he oversees tentpole programming and original content investments across Facebook Watch, Instagram, and Messenger. Since joining the streaming platform, he’s developed and overseen production of the hit franchise Red Table Talk, as well as Steve Harvey’s talk show Steve on Watch, the daytime Emmy Award-winning Returning the Favor, Sway Life, and Real World reboots in the US, Mexico, and Thailand.

Todd also leads the Specials team behind cultural moments on Facebook, where he’s developed partnerships and programming with Oprah Winfrey (Graduation 2020), John Legend (Forward: The Future of Black Music), and Justin Bieber (Earth Day! The Musical). Prior to joining Facebook, Todd was a showrunner and executive producer working across cable, broadcast, and digital. His producing credits include Hack My Life on truTV and VICE on HBO. Todd began his career in New York as an NBC Page and producer at CNBC.
