As Senior Director of Music Program Development at MTV International, Amanda Culkowski is responsible for developing original music and talent driven series for MTV’s 170+ global channels, as well as Paramount+ premium content. Since joining the network in 2019 she has overseen the series development of My Life on MTV and YO! MTV Maps.
Prior to MTV, Amanda was a part of the WE tv development team where she oversaw the series development of Jim & Chrissy: Vow or Never, Hustle & Soul and Untold Stories of Hip Hop with Angie Martinez.
She has previously held positions at HGTV in New York and at PBS member stations ThinkTV and WOUB. She holds a Master of Arts degree from Ohio University. She is based in Brooklyn, New York and is originally from Toledo, Ohio.
