Danielle Gervais is executive vice president of casting and talent at ITV America, servicing current series and development across the company’s six vertical production labels – ITV Entertainment, Leftfield Pictures, Sirens Media, Thinkfactory Media, High Noon Entertainment and Good Caper Content.
A multi-Emmy Award winner – “Casting for a Reality Program” in 2018 and 2019 for Netflix’s breakout hit Queer Eye – Gervais oversees the unscripted industry’s largest internal casting department, shepherding a range of celebrity-driven shows and working with dynamic talent including John Cena, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Fergie and Queer Eye’s “Fab 5,” to name a few. Meanwhile, she continues to showcase her abilities for mining new talent and discovering previously unknown personalities.
With more than a decade of experience developing and packaging talent for unscripted television, Gervais’s other credits for ITV America include CBS’s Love Island, FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen and The Four, HISTORY’s Pawn Stars and Forged in Fire, and FYI’s Tiny House Nation, among many more.
She began her career casting families for ABC’s Wife Swap, and has since discovered and cultivated talent for virtually every major broadcast and cable network, and streaming platform. She’s also produced projects including MTV’s Emmy-winning Made and Food Network’s Al Roker-fronted Roker on the Road.
Gervais graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
