Joni Day is the Senior Vice President of Alternative Programming at Fremantle. In this role, she is responsible for development and production of reality competition, game show and other unscripted television programming. Her most recent success has been bringing the hit international format, Game of Talents, to the U.S. for FOX. The show is hosted by Wayne Brady and features a spectacle of incredible performances, in which contestants must guess the act’s hidden talent. During her time at Fremantle, Day has also played an integral role in the development and launch of series such as Supermarket Sweep, Match Game, To Tell the Truth, and The Great Christmas Light Fight. In addition, Day also served as an Executive Producer for several of Fremantle’s kids game shows including both Double Dare and Unleashed on Nickelodeon.
Day has an extensive background in television production, having previously served in prominent roles for several high-profile entertainment shows. Her lengthy list of producing credits includes The Voice (NBC), Shark Tank (ABC), Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader? (FOX), Expedition Impossible (ABC), Wheel of Fortune (SYN), Jeopardy (SYN), and Top Chef Just Desserts (Bravo). For her work on both The Voice and Shark Tank, Day received Emmy Award nominations
Day resides in Los Angeles, CA and received her BS in Television Production from Pepperdine University.
