Franklin Cumberbatch is an Executive Producer and Showrunner in the A&E Scheduling and Programming Department.  He also runs A&E’s Enhanced Content & Specials Department.

Cumberbatch is currently serving as Executive Producer on two long-running hit series on A&E, Storage Wars and Hoarders.  Other credits for A&E and FYI include My Floating Home, Food Factory USA, Tiny House Hunting, Big Kitchens, Married Life, and Arranged Life.  Previously, he served as Supervising Producer for A&E and FYI, including episodes of the award-winning series, Biography, a number of crime specials, and Kocktails with Khloe: An Extra Shot.  He won a Telly Award for the Oscar® preview special, Race to the Red Carpet.

Prior to working at A&E, Cumberbatch was a Producer for series that aired on WE TV, Discovery Channel, and VH1.

Cumberbatch is a graduate of Kean University.  He serves as the Chair of Garden State Equality’s Educational Fund Board 501c3, New Jersey’s largest LGBTQ+ advocacy and education organization.
