Andrew is a creative content executive with extensive experience in both digital and linear programming, on the buying side, as a network executive, and the selling side, as an award-winning producer and studio department head. His work’s been recognized by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, The Lovie Awards, Telly Awards, Taste Awards and the Reality TV Awards.

Prior to joining Magnolia Network as VP of Content, Strauser most recently created and produced Twitch’s Dream Stream, the first ever live audience-interactive dream experiment on any screen. Previously, he ran unscripted content for Red Arrow’s Studio71. There, he partnered with some of the world's top creators and produced 15 original digital series for Facebook Watch and Snapchat garnering over 500M views, as well as a 6-episode series on A&E.

Additionally, Strauser ran unscripted content for Jennifer Lopez’s production company, Nuyorican (World of Dance). And for eight years he served as VP, Talent Development, for Discovery’s TLC and its digital platforms. During his tenure, he created several series including TLC's worldwide franchise Cake Boss.
