Jennifer joined TLC in October 2014. As Vice President of Development, she creates and conceptualizes series, specials and programming initiatives for the network. Since joining TLC, Jennifer has brought in a variety of new series, such asOutDaughtered,Family by the TonandLost in Transitionand has worked on returning series including hit showFour Weddings.She is based in the Los Angeles office and reports to Jason Sarlanis, SVP of Development, TLC.

Prior to her current position, Jennifer was on the development team at OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network for over four years,where she developed shows such as Flex & Shanice, Love in the City, Houston Beauty and Blackboard Wars. Jennifer has also worked at the Walt Disney Company in Home Entertainment, at Disney Channel in Development and Programming and began her career at The Gotham Group.

Jen graduated from Brown University with a double major in Public and Private Sector Organizations and Modern American History.
